I took my Apple Mac book in having been told by another tech that the problem was terminal. The very personable chap behind the counter opened up the laptop and had it back up and running perfectly in less than 5 minutes. He then said it was a “simple” fix (clearly not so for the other techs who looked at it) and declined to charge. I then gave him my I-phone to look at. He fixed it there and then and, again, said no charge. I now no longer need to buy a new laptop and the I- phone will last another year so saved thousands of pounds by coming here! A pleasure dealing with a consummate professional who knows the value of building a reputation for exceeding his client’s expectations. Can’t recommend him enough and would give 10 stars if I could!
