I have used Dan on a number of occasions for various repairs and, without exception, the service has been excellent. What really stands out is his knowledge of Apple products. Unlike many computer repairers I have dealt with over the years, Dan genuinely understands all things Apple and has always managed to diagnose and fix whatever problem I have taken On two separate occasions, I have gone into the shop convinced that I was facing a catastrophic problem and potentially a very expensive repair. Both times, Dan sorted the issue out there and then,  and, remarkably, didn’t even charge me. That tells you a great deal about the way he runs his business. He is knowledgeable, honest, helpful and clearly more interested in solving the customer’s problem than finding an excuse to produce a large bill. It is increasingly rare to find this combination of genuine expertise and old-fashioned customer service. If you have a problem with an Apples device, particularly a Mac, iHelp Gadget Repairs would be my first port of call every time. Absolutely outstanding service. Five stars without hesitation. Definitely recommend!!!
